Awarded Certificates

HEART Program participants receive annual certificates (ou labels) based on their participation during the year: the "We Share" certificate (ou label) for Social Responsibility and the "We Care" certificate (ou label) for Environmental Sustainability.

These certificates (ou labels) aim to distinguish hotel units that contribute to the sustainable development of the industry through their participation in the program, conferring visibility and recognition among guests and industry stakeholders.
